Nous ne sommes pas\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"NL\">\u00e9<\/span><span lang=\"NL\">gaux dans la r<\/span><span lang=\"NL\">\u00e9<\/span><span lang=\"NL\">action aux contraintes, traumatismes ou exigences.<\/span><\/p><p><span lang=\"NL\">L<\/span><span lang=\"NL\">\u2019\u00e9<\/span><span lang=\"NL\">motionnel est si pr<\/span><span lang=\"NL\">\u00e9<\/span><span lang=\"NL\">sent que certains parleront de stress pour exprimer de leur anxi<\/span><span lang=\"NL\">\u00e9<\/span><span lang=\"NL\">t<\/span><span lang=\"NL\">\u00e9<\/span><span lang=\"NL\">.<\/span><\/p><p><span lang=\"NL\">Notre monde moderne actuel regorge de situations provoquant des r<\/span><span lang=\"NL\">\u00e9<\/span><span lang=\"NL\">actions de stress: travail, famille, maladies<\/span><span lang=\"NL\">\u2026\u00a0<\/span><\/p><h3><strong><span lang=\"NL\">Pourquoi plus qu<\/span><span lang=\"NL\">\u2019<\/span><span lang=\"NL\">avant ?<\/span><\/strong><\/h3><p><span lang=\"NL\">Le point le plus important\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"NL\">\u00e0\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"NL\">r<\/span><span lang=\"NL\">\u00e9<\/span><span lang=\"NL\">aliser est la <b>notion de temps<\/b>. Nos vies sont tellement remplies, nos rythmes de vie si denses, notre besoin de nous connecter presque irr<\/span><span lang=\"NL\">\u00e9<\/span><span lang=\"NL\">pressible, que nous ne trouvons ou ne prenons plus le temps de r<\/span><span lang=\"NL\">\u00e9<\/span><span lang=\"NL\">cup<\/span><span lang=\"NL\">\u00e9<\/span><span lang=\"NL\">rer, parfois, nous n<\/span><span lang=\"NL\">\u2019<\/span><span lang=\"NL\">en avons pas le choix.
